When the tickets drop, get everyone in.

For the moments that matter.

Ever panicked at checkout? Missed out on Glasto because of a typo? Still in bed at 9:03 when the pre-sale sold out? TicketSquad is where your squad gets ready: who's coming, who's holding tickets, who still needs one. We don't sell tickets. We work for you - the people who actually go, together.

Glastonbury 2025

35minutes

For Glastonbury 2025, tickets were gone in 35 minutes. Press estimates put demand at around 2-2.5 million people chasing roughly 200,000 places.

Source notes

BBC News reported the 09:00 to 09:35 sell-out window, queue issues, and demand being much higher than supply. BBC later reported that Glastonbury's licence allows up to 210,000 people on site, including fans, staff and performers.

Ticket saleCapacity

No hacks, no tricks, no bots. We respect the artists and fans.

That brutal half-hour. The site wobbles, the queue shuffles, the group chat lights up, people refresh when they shouldn't, someone's postcode is wrong, you're suddenly on the payment page, and then, for most people, it's over.

Grown a lot since our first sale

Everything your squad can do here

The group-buying method is still the heart of it. The rest grew out of what our own squads kept asking for.

Free

Group ticket runs

Collect everyone's details before the sale, split into small buying groups, and give every buyer a board that stays up when the ticket site doesn't.

Spares and hand-overs

For tickets that aren't named: see who's holding, who has a spare and who still needs one, with every hand-over confirmed by both sides.

We probably already know about your event

Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Primavera, Download, Creamfields, Boomtown, stadium tours - TicketSquad comes pre-loaded with the events your squad actually goes to. Sale dates, venue details, entry requirements, the browser tricks that worked last year. You focus on the vibes. We’ll sweat the fiddly stuff.

TicketSquad supports different event modes

Named tickets or transferable tickets - we handle both.

Before you plan anything, one question matters: whose name is on the ticket?

Named tickets

Glastonbury is the classic case: every ticket carries a name and photo, so friends buy for each other and the details have to be right at checkout, under pressure. TicketSquad collects everyone's info early, splits you into buying Groups, and runs sale day like a relay.

Read the Glastonbury guide

Transferable tickets

Most gig and club tickets work the other way: whoever holds it gets in. The game isn't forms and groups, it's distribution: buy what you can, declare spares, see who still needs one, confirm each hand-over. TicketSquad keeps the running tally so nobody's left guessing.

When you create an event, we usually already know which kind you're dealing with - we've for hundreds of festivals and tours - so your event starts set up the right way.

Who is TicketSquad here for?

A flustered organiser juggling phones, plans, and a laptop before a high-demand ticket sale.A flustered organiser juggling phones, plans, and a laptop before a high-demand ticket sale.

You're already holding the plan together.

Maybe you've built a colour-coded spreadsheet. Maybe the whole plan is buried in texts, emails, and WhatsApps. Either way, you're chasing postcodes, registration numbers, travel preferences, and who is buying for whom. TicketSquad gives that job a proper home: everyone fills in their own details, it's encrypted, and on sale day your buyers have a one-tap copy for every field.

In TicketSquad, you're usually the Coordinator: setting up the event, inviting the Squad, and keeping the plan moving.

From no system to sale-day system, without becoming everyone's inbox.

How it works

The method our own squad refined over two decades of Glastonbury sales. Your squad is everyone going; on sale day it splits into small buying groups, so every buyer knows exactly who they're buying for.

The questions people ask us

TicketSquad isn't magic and it won't jump a queue. It's the admin, done early, so the fast part goes right.

Does this guarantee tickets?

No. TicketSquad can't create inventory or jump a queue. What it can do is stop the avoidable losses - typos, missing registration numbers, nobody sure who's buying for whom. After every major sale we'll publish how our members got on.

Is it a bot?

No bots, no scraping, no hacks. Real people buy through the official site - TicketSquad keeps their details ready and the group organised around them. Buyers stay responsible for the ticket site's terms.

Pricing built around real squads

One year we missed out on tickets. We didn’t get mad, we got organised!

Details ready before the queue opened, groups small enough to move fast, and when one group got through, the rest kept trying. TicketSquad is that method - argued over and improved through two decades of Glastonburys - turned into an app. It also became our Glastonbury tickets guide.

Build your squad. Be ready. We’ll see you in the field. ☀️

Who sees sensitive details?

Your event can be open or closed. Closed keeps personal details inside your own buying group - other groups never see your address, phone or registration number. We don't sell your data, personal details are redacted from our logs, and you can delete everything whenever you like.

What if the app struggles on sale day?

Sale-day boards are prepared ahead of time as static views, so buyers can open a fast, ready screen when the rest of the internet is having a moment.

Why not WhatsApp, notes, or a spreadsheet?

Chats are brilliant for hype, and a spreadsheet can work if one heroic person keeps it true. Neither tells you, at 8:59, exactly who's buying for whom with which details. That's the bit we do.

You can read the full Privacy Policy whenever you want the proper detail.
