When the tickets drop, get everyone in.

For the moments that matter.

Ever panicked during checkout? Missed out on Glasto tickets due to a typo? Still been in bed at 9:03 when the Underworld pre-sale sold out? Whether your group have a heroic-but-janky spreadsheet or nothing more than texts, emails, and chats, TicketSquad helps you plan and prepare for the moments that matter. Who's coming? Who's got tickets and who still needs? What do I need to bring? Where should we meet? We don't sell tickets. We work for you: the real people who get tickets to events and actually go, together.

What makes us different?

Whose side we're on: yours!

No tickets sold. No resale cut. No back-handers. No data sold. No touts!
Just coordination for real people trying to get there together.

Built from real event experience

We made TicketSquad because to us; getting there together matters the most. ❤️

Glastonbury 2025

35minutes

For Glastonbury 2025, tickets were gone in 35 minutes. Press estimates put demand at around 2-2.5 million people chasing roughly 200,000 places.

Source notes

BBC News reported the 09:00 to 09:35 sell-out window, queue issues, and demand being much higher than supply. BBC later reported that Glastonbury's licence allows up to 210,000 people on site, including fans, staff and performers.

Ticket saleCapacity

No hacks, no tricks, no bots. We respect the artists and fans.

That brutal half-hour. The site wobbles, the queue shuffles, the group chat lights up, people refresh when they shouldn't, someone's postcode is wrong, you're suddenly on the payment page, and then, for most people, it's over.

TicketSquad is the method my friends and I have used, tested, argued over, and improved for years. We love music. We love live events. Glastonbury is our weekend of the year, every year. That experience became our Glastonbury tickets guide.

We probably already know about your event

Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Primavera, Download, Creamfields, Boomtown, stadium tours - TicketSquad comes pre-loaded with the events your squad actually goes to. Sale dates, venue details, entry requirements, the browser tricks that worked last year. You focus on the vibes. We’ll sweat the fiddly stuff.

What we mean by Squad

Squad

Everyone trying to get to the same event together.Example: There are 30 of you trying to go to Glastonbury 2027 together. 30 Squad Members.

Group

The squad's sale-day checkout team, sized for the maximum tickets per transaction. For known events, we figure that out for you. We'll set you up with 5 Groups of 6, which is seetickets' limit per purchase.

Roles

Coordinators organise the squad, Group admins steer a Group, Helpers can buy without attending, and Members are coming along.Sarah's event. Tom and Rick Coordinate Group assignment, Mary Admins the glampers.

Who is TicketSquad here for?

A flustered organiser juggling phones, plans, and a laptop before a high-demand ticket sale.A flustered organiser juggling phones, plans, and a laptop before a high-demand ticket sale.

You're already holding the plan together.

Maybe you've built a colour-coded spreadsheet. Maybe the whole plan is buried in texts, emails, and WhatsApps. Either way, you're chasing postcodes, registration numbers, travel preferences, and who is buying for whom. TicketSquad gives that job a proper home: everyone fills in their own details, it's encrypted, and on sale day your buyers have a one-tap copy for every field.

In TicketSquad, you're usually the Coordinator: setting up the event, inviting the Squad, and keeping the plan moving.

From no system to sale-day system, without becoming everyone's inbox.

How it works

Based on a workflow used by seasoned, passionate music lovers to maximise their chances of going together, matured by two decades of real use.

Useful, honest, and built for real ticket sales

TicketSquad is not magic and it is not a shortcut around the ticket site. It is the coordination layer your group wishes it had before checkout starts.

Whose side are you on?

Yours 🫶. We're on the buyer's side — unlike all those other apps and sites, we don't sell tickets, we don't take a cut of ticket sales, we don't run secondary-market resale. Our job is to help your squad coordinate, stay organised, and walk into sale-day prepared. Our success metric is whether you got the tickets you wanted, get there with your squad, and know everything you need to know when you get there — not whether we made a transaction.

Does this guarantee tickets?

No. TicketSquad cannot create inventory or jump a queue. But it absolutely will get you organised and improve your chances with cleaner handoffs, less panic and fewer checkout mistakes. We'll publish the share of TicketSquad members who succeeded after every major sale, so the numbers will speak for themselves.

Pricing built around real squads

Joining a squad is free, forever. Coordinators who run multiple events pay a small subscription that keeps the lights on. Start with Crew today — upgrade to Pro anytime when it launches. You won’t lose anything by starting with Crew.

TicketSquad poster art reading: It is actually cool to be organised.

One year we missed out on tickets. We didn’t get mad, we got organised!

We made sure if we got to the front of the queue, we'd know who we were buying for. We pre-prepared our data for quick access. And when one Group got through, the whole squad kept trying. TicketSquad codifies the approach for you.

Because the real win is not beating the system. It is walking through the gates with the people you love, knowing you got there together.

Build your squad. Be ready. We’ll see you in the field. ☀️

Entry & venue facts

ID rules, bag limits, wristband policy, doors time, last entry. The stuff someone always asks about in the group chat.

The right fields

Glasto needs a registration number. There are different types of ticket on offer. We ask for what your event actually needs - nothing extra.

Is it a bot?

No bots, scraping, or hacks. Real people still buy tickets through the official site; TicketSquad keeps their buying details ready, helps you organise your event in the lead up, gives useful advice and automation. Buyers are still responsible for abiding by ticket site terms of service.

Who sees sensitive details?

Your data is role-scoped: squad coordinators can manage readiness, and squad members see the details they need to buy tickets for their Group. Stored data is protected by platform encryption at rest. We do not sell your data, and we will not sell it in future. PII (personally identifiable information) is redacted from our operational logs, and you can permanently delete it at will.

What if the app struggles on sale day?

Sale-day boards are prepared ahead of time as static views, so buyers can open a fast, ready screen when the rest of the internet is having a moment.

Why not WhatsApp, notes, or a spreadsheet?

Chats are brilliant for hype, and spreadsheets can work for experienced organisers, but neither is a reliable shared state machine. TicketSquad keeps completeness, buyer responsibility, and copy-ready details in one shared place.

Does it do anything else?

It starts with the ticket details that matter most, then gives your squad one shared event page to gather the rest: preferences, polling, who is coming Wednesday, who is staying where, and accommodation plans. Lead your squad before, during, and after sale day, right up until you're there together!

Should I wait for Squad Pro?

No — start with Crew today. Everything in Crew stays in Pro, and you won’t lose anything by upgrading later. Pro adds Communities (multiple events under one umbrella), early access, and power-user features for the most active organisers. If you’re a First Hundred backer, you also get a discount on Pro when it launches.

You can read the full Privacy Policy whenever you want the proper detail.
