Help and support

One address, a real person on the other end, and answers to the things people ask most often.

Getting help

Email team@ticket-squad.io and a human will read it. Include the event name if your question is about a specific squad — it makes the answer much faster.

We aim to reply within two working days. TicketSquad is a small team, so if something is urgent because a sale is imminent, say so in the subject line.

What TicketSquad does

TicketSquad helps a group of friends prepare for a high-demand ticket sale together: agreeing who is in, splitting into buying groups that match the seller’s per-person limit, collecting the registration details the sale will ask for, and knowing the moment tickets go live.

We do not sell tickets and we are not a ticket seller. You buy from the official seller as normal; TicketSquad is the coordination that happens around it.

Payments

TicketSquad never asks for card or payment details, and there are no purchases inside the app.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account, and the personal data you have shared, at any time from Account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What other people in an event can see depends on whether the event is Open or Closed. Closed events keep personal details inside the buying group you are actually in. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Notifications

Sale-day alerts, reminders and outcome updates can reach you by email, push notification, or in the app. Every category can be turned on or off individually from Account settings, and nothing is ever sent without an option to stop it.

Reporting a problem

If something looks wrong — a sale date that does not match the seller, an event behaving oddly, or anything that looks like a bug — email us with what you saw and what you expected. Screenshots help.

For security issues specifically, please email team@ticket-squad.io rather than raising them in a public channel, and give us a chance to fix it before disclosing.
