Getting started

What TicketSquad is for, how to try it in one click, and where to begin whether you're joining a Squad or organising one.

TicketSquad coordinates groups of friends buying high-demand event tickets together: everyone's details collected up front, buying groups formed, and sale day run from a shared board. This section gets you from zero to sale-day ready.

Try it first - no account needed

The Try the demo button on the home page signs you into Alex Morgan's ready-made coordinator account - thirteen events in different states, some secured, some in flight, some at risk. Poke at everything: demo events are safely read-only where it matters (no emails send, nothing you break stays broken), and the data reseeds regularly.

Two ways in

  • Someone sent you an invite link? Start with Joining an event - it takes about a minute.
  • You're the organiser? Start with Creating an event, then share your invite link and watch the readiness tracker do the chasing for you.

Either way, the overall process shows how the whole journey fits together - and where it forks for named versus transferable tickets.

Web and the iOS app

TicketSquad is a web app first - everything works in the browser on any device. The iOS app is a companion for the member experience:

The full product: create and configure events, coordinate groups, run communities, the sale-day boards, guides and reviews.

Where to go deeper

  • Events reference - types, modes, and every setting.
  • Privacy - Open vs Closed, and what closed events protect.
  • Sale day - boards, readiness, outcomes, and the Glastonbury-style fallback.
  • Communities - one trusted circle across many events.
  • Glossary - the words we use, translated.
